How to return item under 14 days Money Back Guarantee?

(3) Brief description for returning the item.
(4) Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Goods will not be refunded if the seal is broken or it been used.
(5) Once we receive the item we will refund you the amount you paid us for the product but not the postage cost.

What about item which is faulty after receiving the order. All product comes with 12 months warranty from date of purchase. If it goes faulty within the 14 days contact us and we will replace or repair or refund if we can not replace or repair it for you.
